I believe that healing is a deeply personal journey. It’s about creating a space where you feel fully seen, where your story matters, and where you can begin to reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been hurt, hidden, or silenced. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and the tools to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. I work with people of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or just feeling stuck and unsure of their next steps. Whether you’re a child learning to express big emotions, a teen sorting through identity and stress, or an adult carrying the weight of past experiences, I’m here to support you.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I use a combination of evidence-based approaches—like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR—alongside creative and body-based practices including art, play, and mindfulness. These tools help us gently explore not just what’s going on in your mind, but also what your body is holding onto, and how we can work together to release it.

Healing looks different for everyone. Sometimes it’s about learning how to breathe again after trauma, sometimes it’s about finding words for something that’s never been said out loud. Whatever your path looks like, you don’t have to walk it alone. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, and I’d be honored to be a part of your journey. Healing isn’t always easy—but you don’t have to do it alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
