Ashley provides compassionate, evidence-based counseling for individuals and couples navigating life’s most demanding seasons. With specialized experience supporting veterinary professionals and first responders, she understands the unique emotional toll of high-stress, service-oriented careers—including burnout, compassion fatigue, trauma exposure, and moral injury. Her goal is to offer a space where clients can process, restore, and reconnect with their sense of purpose.
She also works with couples seeking to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Whether facing conflict, transition, or disconnection, clients collaborate with Ashley to create healthier patterns and lasting change.
Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. Her approach integrates proven, evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed care. For those who desire it, she thoughtfully incorporates Christian faith and values into the counseling process, honoring the role of spirituality in healing and growth.
You don’t have to carry it alone. Healing, resilience, and meaningful connection are possible—and Ashley is honored to walk alongside you in that journey.
