Ashleigh Marion is a Clinical Mental Health Therapist and graduate of Columbus State University. Her therapeutic approaches include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Play Therapy. She also incorporates self-compassion practices and believes that clients already have the tools they need to create meaningful change in their lives—they may just need a little support along the way.
Ashleigh has experience working with children, teens, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, domestic violence, and sexual abuse.
Therapy often involves difficult conversations, but Ashleigh believes there is room for laughter and that a little humor can be an important part of the healing process. She strives to create a therapeutic space that is nonjudgmental and authentic, where clients feel comfortable being themselves.
In her free time, she enjoys visiting coffee shops, reading, and watching her favorite comfort shows.
