AriAnne is a Mental Health Counselor with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both therapeutic and non-therapeutic settings. Her experience includes working with clients diagnosed with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and adjustment disorders. AriAnne is also experienced in working with LGBTQ+ adolescents and adults, neurodivergent children and college-aged adults, and young adults processing trauma.
AriAnne integrates an array of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, art, and play therapy, tailoring her methods to the unique needs of each client.
