Arianna “Ari” Kendra is a licensed professional counselor and board-certified art therapist. She has experience working with those struggling with eating disorders, substance use, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief of all sorts. Ari uses a person-centered approach that incorporates psychoeducation, cognitive-behavioral therapy, creativity, and humor.
She is additionally trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Ari uses a social justice-oriented and empathy-forward lens and has experience providing trauma-informed and inclusive care. She cares deeply about understanding where people are coming from and helping them understand themselves, too. You have all the answers; she would love to help you find them.
In her free time, Ari enjoys reading, making all sorts of art, gardening, and hanging out with her weird little dogs.
