Arianna Hullings, AMFT (she/her)

Arianna works with individuals, couples, families (including ages 10&up). With a background of playing sports, and with many law enforcement and military personnel in her family, Arianna has a passion for helping our first responders and athletes find their way back to a healthier lifestyle. She received her master’s degree from Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology, and is a Christian therapist who utilizes evidence-based practices with biblical integration. She prioritizes inclusion, diversity, and mental health for all. Her therapy approach is client-centered, solution-focused and incorporates a holistic focus. Arianna specializes in: anxiety disorders, depression, grief, and relational issues integrating Existential, Psychodynamic and Humanistic Psychotherapy as a foundation toward healing. Treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family systems and mindfulness techniques. Arianna’s goal as a therapist is to provide a calm, secure setting where you can freely share by creating a space without judgment. Be kind to your mind!
