Self-Care is a very important piece of Mental Health Maintenance, especially for College Students. Engaging in routine Self-Care Can help address and aid in reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.
My focus is to help others identify stressors and causes of anxiety while exploring their emotions. Within a Safe space, you will be able to explore thoughts, feelings, and ideas free of judgement. You will be able to review and reflect on your experiences and emotions associated with those experiences while met with Unconditional Positive Regard.
I hold an MA in Clinical/Mental Health Counseling and I am a PLPC with the State of Missouri. My approach is Eclectic but rooted in Person-Centered while Focusing on Emotions. Unconditional Positive Regard is the cornerstone of the service I provide. I am here to help you reframe your ideas and explore self-identity. Together, will work toward improving your ideas of self by replacing negative words/Ideas with Positive alternatives.
