Anthony Chan earned his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and completed his clinical internship at Arbour Hospital, a psychiatric facility where he supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, and autism.
Before entering the mental health field, Anthony grew up and worked in multinational corporations across Asia, where he developed a deep understanding of workplace stress and its impact on emotional well-being. Drawing from both his professional background and cultural experiences, Anthony brings unique insight into the challenges faced by Asian communities and immigrants — particularly the pressures experienced by men balancing career, family, and marriage, as well as the stress children, adolescents, and aging adults may feel as they adapt to new environments.
Anthony is also a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science, and he deeply values the connection between physical and mental health. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, which helps him connect with clients across diverse backgrounds.
Anthony is passionate about working with children, teens, and adults across the lifespan. His goal is to help clients find balance, meaning, and resilience as they navigate life’s challenges. He looks forward to collaborating with you to discover new ways of understanding yourself and your relationships.
