Annika (she/her) holds a safe and compassionate space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. With a trauma-informed and culturally aware perspective, she honors each person’s resilience and inner wisdom, knowing they are the true experts of their own experience. Her approach is flexible and tailored, drawing on somatic, psychodynamic, sensorimotor, cultural-relational, and DBT practices to meet clients where they are. Above all, she believes in the healing power of authentic connection and strives to build relationships grounded in trust, care, and collaboration.
Annika holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has clinical experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and PTSD.
