Anna works with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, and questions of identity, meaning, and connection. She has particular interest in relationship and sexuality concerns, occupational stress, cross-cultural experiences, and the impact of major life disruptions such as immigration, divorce, or career change.
Many of Anna’s clients are individuals and couples working to shift long-standing relational or intergenerational patterns. Anna’s style is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, integrating psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, somatic, narrative, and expressive approaches tailored to each client’s needs. She received her MSW from Fordham University and also holds coaching credentials through the International Coaching Federation.
Anna provides therapy in English and Russian.
