Anna Farr is a therapist dedicated to helping individuals explore their life experiences, deepen their self-awareness, and build resilience. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University, she takes a primarily psychodynamic and person-centered approach, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to process emotions, recognize patterns, and create lasting change.
Anna specializes in working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions. She believes that healing begins with understanding—by fostering self-compassion and
recognizing inner strengths, clients can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Her mission is to support clients in uncovering their true selves, courageously working through challenges, and embracing a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Anna is looking forward to creating a space for reflection and growth, guided by curiosity and trust.
