Anna Bradley is a Licensed Social Worker passionate about supporting children, teens, and families with warmth, compassion, and collaboration. She strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore emotions, build resilience, and develop practical coping skills.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and trauma-informed care, Anna tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and family stress.

A graduate of Rutgers University with both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work, Anna has experience providing individual and family therapy in an Intensive Outpatient Program at Charlie Health and offering trauma-informed counseling and advocacy at Ocean’s Harbor House.

Known for her empathy and authenticity, Anna helps young clients uncover their strengths, build confidence, and move toward a more hopeful future
