Anja Beslic, AMFT

Therapist

I work with individuals and couples navigating relational challenges, anxiety, self-criticism, and life transitions. I bring a holistic, whole body approach to therapy that is grounded in both personal experience and professional training. My early interest in medicine grew into a passion for mental health when I recognized how deeply the mind and body influence one another.

My integrative approach weaves together Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, and somatic awareness to help clients understand and transform the patterns that once kept them safe. Grounded, curious, and attuned, I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward deeper connection with themselves and others.

I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and I am open to seeing clients ages 12 and up.
