Angela Tamayo is a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist who provides a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore stress, emotions, and life’s challenges. She takes a compassionate, human-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs.
Angela supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions, using evidence-based methods such as CBT, ACT, CPT, and trauma-informed care. Her work also integrates motivational interviewing, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, somatic grounding, and emotion regulation skills, with developmentally appropriate strategies for children and teens.
