Angela is a relational, trauma-informed therapist who works with adults and young adults navigating trauma–including C-PTSD and PTSD–along with anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and life transitions. She believes that healing isn’t about becoming someone new–it’s about reconnecting with the parts of you that have been quieted by pain or buried beneath survival. She honors that we all make sense in the context of what we’ve walked through–and survived. Angela offers a safe, compassionate space to explore your experiences, rebuild trust with yourself, and move toward lasting growth. Her approach is interactive and person-centered, drawing from IFS, DBT, and somatic tools, and always tailored to your unique needs and strengths. She offers in-person & virtual sessions, also serving patients in Alabama via telehealth. Outside of the therapy room, Angela enjoys reading suspense novels and slow mornings with a cozy latte in hand.
