Angela is experienced in working with children (ages 7+) and adults, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem issues, depression, and trauma-related disorders, including childhood trauma. Cultural competency is at the heart of her practice, she is committed to understanding and respecting diverse backgrounds, ensuring that all clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Angela’s therapeutic approach is person-centered and holistic, integrating techniques like sandtray therapy, expressive art therapy, attachment theory, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to foster healing and self-discovery. Empowering individuals to live a life that is aligned with their values is Angela’s passion. When not in the office, Angela enjoys collecting indoor plants, camping, and spending time with her close group of friends.
