Andrew Pierre, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with teens, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and social isolation. He uses a collaborative, strengths-based approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to help clients build coping skills and create meaningful change.
Andrew’s style is warm, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental. He believes life is like a story, with each chapter offering opportunities for growth and reflection—even when some chapters feel heavier than others. He is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.
Outside of the therapy room, Andrew enjoys mixed martial arts, poetry, meditation, and exploring creative outlets that help him stay grounded.
