Anaya is a compassionate therapist who works with children, adolescents, and families navigating emotional challenges, identity development, life transitions, and healing from difficult experiences. Anaya’s approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She integrates play therapy, expressive arts, narrative therapy, and person-centered approaches to help young people explore their stories, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

Drawing from her background as a mentor, coach, educator, artist, and advocate, Anaya values creativity, connection, and whole-person wellness in the therapeutic process. Her experiences working alongside young people in classrooms, athletic spaces, and community settings have deepened her commitment to helping clients discover their strengths, build confidence, and feel empowered in their own growth.
