Amy Redman (she/her) is a LCSW-C with a passion for helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges. Her goal is to collaborate with each client and build trust through the therapeutic relationship in order to explore anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, identity, and life changes. She uses an eclectic approach grounded in Positive Psychology, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness to engage individuals at various points in their lives.
