Amanda Senske, MS, LPC

Therapist

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (MS, LPC, NCC) who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy to adolescents, and adults. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach and believe in meeting clients where they are while working together to create meaningful and sustainable change.

I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and burnout, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I am especially passionate about helping clients build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and strengthen resilience.

In my work, I prioritize a trauma-informed, client-centered environment where individuals feel safe, heard, and supported. I value the therapeutic relationship and believe that healing occurs through trust, collaboration, and empowerment. I offer both in-person and telehealth services and strive to make mental health care accessible, flexible, and welcoming.

Outside of the therapy room, I am a Psy.D. doctoral candidate and am committed to ongoing professional growth and lifelong learning. I am dedicated to supporting clients as they work toward balance, clarity, and improved overall well-being.
