Alyssa is a Clinical Social Work Candidate who received both her Master’s in Social Work and Bachelor of Science in Social Work at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults to promote well-being and increased mental health access during these crucial stages of development. To best serve her clients, she utilizes integrative therapeutic approaches such as Strengths-based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness practices, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy. While each therapeutic session is unique and individualized, Alyssa is always committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for her clients. Outside of work, you can find her reading a new book or listening to one of her many favorite genres of music.
