Therapist

Creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming space is central to my work. I strive to build genuine therapeutic relationships where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all experience. Each person brings their own unique background, identity, and life story that shapes who they are—and who they want to become. That’s why I take an integrative, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the individual needs, goals, and preferences of my clients. My therapeutic style draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, attachment theory, and psychodynamic therapy. This flexible framework allows me to meet clients where they are and adapt our work to what resonates most with them.
