I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Every person has a unique story shaped by experiences that influence how we think, feel, and connect. Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s okay not to not be okay.

Therapy offers a compassionate space to be heard, understood, and supported. If you feel stuck or are facing a new crisis, we can work together to create meaningful, lasting change.

I value a therapeutic relationship and collaborate with you to identify goals and choose approaches such as Person-Centered Therapy or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment.

In my spare time I enjoy long walks with my husband, spending time with my two golden retriever’s, and consuming as much diet coke as socially acceptable.
