Therapist

Let’s be real—life can be hard. While technology has made communication easier than ever, many of us still feel isolated. I believe we’re all doing our best to navigate life’s challenges while trying to find a meaningful way forward. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where you can do just that.

Therapy should be a place to pause, reflect, rebuild, and grow—so you can move forward feeling stronger and more empowered.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work and have been working in the mental health field since 2013. I have experience supporting individuals with eating disorders, PTSD, and those who have survived domestic violence and sexual assault. My background also includes work within the child welfare system, with a specialization in early childhood mental health. I’ve led classrooms as well as child and teen therapy groups, and I am deeply committed to supporting children and families in meaningful, lasting ways. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to navigate it alone—I’m here to support you.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my two young sons and our three dogs. We enjoy gardening, music, and discovering new things together. We’re also the proud caretakers of a very old fish named Bluey.
