Alia Massoud, MA

Therapist (she/her)

If you’ve ever felt like therapy wasn’t built for a brain like yours, you’re not alone. If you’re looking to give it a(nother) shot, you’re in the right place.

Alia is a neurodivergent therapist working with people across the lifespan. Her background as a certified yoga instructor and a self-proclaimed artist shapes how she works. Alia brings somatic and creative tools into the room because traditional talk therapy doesn’t always fit everyone, and she believes it shouldn’t have to.

Alia draws from narrative therapy, expressive arts, play, CBT, DBT, and holistic approaches, always tailoring your work to what actually makes sense for you.

Alia specializes in supporting people navigating anxiety (including social anxiety and selective mutism), neurodivergence, grief and loss, and the often-overlooked emotional weight of new and expecting parenthood — including families who’ve experienced the NICU.

Alia graduated from Lesley University with her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Holistic Specialization). Prior to that, she completed her MBA at Babson College in 2021.
