Alfredo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned his Master of Social Work from Boise State University. He works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the everyday stress that comes with being human.
Alfredo is passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, respected, and truly heard. He has a special interest in supporting the unique mental health needs of the Latino community, Veterans, and men—helping break down stigma and build resilience through connection and self-growth.
His approach is collaborative, person-centered, and holistic. Alfredo blends evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Existential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practices to help clients tap into their strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but Alfredo brings warmth, cultural awareness, and a grounded, compassionate presence to help clients feel at ease every step of the way.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Alfredo spending time with his family, lifting weights, playing video games, reading or writing poetry, and roller skating.
