Alexi earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY. Alexi specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families facing intellectual and developmental disorders, conduct and mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and everyday life stressors. Alexi is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space where clients feel understood and empowered. Alexi’s work is rooted in a strengths-based, collaborative approach that helps reduce the stigma around mental health and encourages individuals to recognize their resilience and capacity for growth.
Drawing from evidence-based practices, Alexi integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether helping a child express emotions through play, guiding a teen through anxious thoughts, or supporting families in building healthier dynamics, Alexi focuses on fostering connection, confidence, and lasting change. Alexi is deeply committed to supporting her clients in finding their voice, navigating challenges, and building a foundation for lifelong emotional well-being.
