“Mindfulness not only makes it possible to survey our internal landscape with compassion and curiosity but can also actively steer us in the right direction for self-care.” ― Bessel A. van der Kolk, The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma
Life can often feel overwhelming making it difficult to see a way forward, keeping us stuck in patterns that prevent us from connecting with our true selves.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, life transitions and self esteem difficulties. My approach is rooted in empathy, creativity, and understanding. I believe that each person’s journey is unique, and there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution. Whether we’re untangling the complex relationship between your thoughts and behaviors, working through the heavy fog of anxiety, or rebuilding a healthier self-image, I’m committed to walking beside you as you discover new ways to live, love, and feel at peace with yourself.
