Alexandra meets clients with warmth, empathy, and unconditional support. With a client-centered approach, she believes meaningful change starts with truly feeling seen and understood. She has experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, and ADHD through a trauma-informed lens, tailoring evidence-based approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. While she frequently works with children, adolescents, and emerging adults, she has experience across the lifespan and enjoys helping all ages navigate life challenges.
Alexandra incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with creative approaches like play therapy and art therapy. Utilizing an integrative style allows her to meet client’s where they are in ways that feel engaging and effective. She strives to create a safe space where clients can freely express themselves while building coping skills, resilience, and confidence for lasting, positive change.
Outside of work Alexandra has several crafty hobbies that keep her busy. She also loves to explore different beaches, try new foods and recipes, and watch softball!
