Alenna earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College and provides therapy through a trauma-informed, integrative lens that honors each client’s unique experiences and strengths. She has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.
Alenna believes that a strong, authentic therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. She draws from relational-cultural therapy and other evidence-based approaches to help clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and create lasting, meaningful growth. Her collaborative and flexible style allows therapy to be tailored to each client’s goals, needs, and pace.
Alenna is committed to creating a warm, culturally responsive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, she is able to provide accessible, affirming care across diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
