Alek helps clients uncover their inner wisdom, gently integrate fear, and build confidence through steady, collaborative work. His own experiences with anxiety shaped his calm, compassionate presence and his belief that anything learned can be unlearned.
Alek’s approach centers on turning toward discomfort as a path to freedom and on honoring each person’s lived experience. Curious, lighthearted, and affirming, he sees his role as a mirror and guide, helping clients recognize the answers they already carry.
He holds degrees from the University of Idaho and NNU and provides individual, family, and couples therapy for clients ages 5 and up.
