Aerin Bailey, Couples and Family Counseling Master's level student

Hi, my name is Aerin Bailey, and I am currently pursuing my degree in Couples and Family Counseling at VCU. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, with a focus on improving self-talk and strengthening interpersonal relationships. While I welcome clients of all backgrounds, I especially enjoy working with teens and adults as they grow through life transitions and relationship dynamics. My approach to therapy is client-centered, incorporating elements of systems theory to foster a space where individuals feel heard, valued, and supported. I deeply appreciate the courage it takes to engage in therapy and strive to build meaningful, authentic connections with my clients. Outside of therapy, I love staying active, going on walks, spending time with my cats, and enjoying a good mocha.
