Abigail “Abby” Link, LMSW

Therapist

Abby Link, LMSW, has worked in the social work field for over 10 years and has provided mental health therapy for the past four. She works with children, teens, adults, and families, with a special focus on adolescents and LGBTQ+ clients. Abby supports individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism and neurodivergence, life transitions, grief, relationship concerns, burnout, gender identity exploration, addiction and harm reduction, and emotional regulation.

Her approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. Abby believes therapy should feel like working with someone, not being worked on. She helps clients identify practical, meaningful ways to manage symptoms, build on their strengths, and move toward the life they want. She draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, psychodynamic, solution-focused, and motivational approaches, prioritizing what best fits each client’s needs rather than adhering to a single style.

While therapy can involve difficult conversations, Abby believes it does not always have to feel heavy or overly clinical. Abby creates a space where clients can show up as themselves, feel understood, laugh when it comes naturally, and engage in meaningful work together.

Abby works with adolescents, LGBTQ+ clients, and families, helping them navigate anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, relationships, and life transitions through collaborative therapy.
