Abigail Bon, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Therapist

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 4 years of experience in all areas of treatment – from inpatient to PHP/IOP to individual therapy. I believe people are capable of growth, healing, and meaningful change and that this begins in spaces where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered.

My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. I also incorporate elements of interpersonal and strengths-based approaches to help clients build emotional regulation, feel less stuck in unhelpful patterns, and strengthen relationships while cultivating resilience and a deeper sense of self-worth.

I have extensive experience supporting adults navigating bipolar disorder, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, and substance use. I also work with a wide range of concerns beyond these diagnoses, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. I view therapy as a collaborative process and aim to create a space where you can safely explore your experiences, deepen self-understanding, and develop practical, sustainable coping strategies.

It’s not always easy to make space for yourself, especially when life feels overwhelming. Therapy gives you the opportunity to pause, process, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Wherever you’re starting from, you’ll be met with compassion and respect as we work together toward growth, healing, and a life that feels more grounded and intentional.
