Hi! My name is Abby, and I am excited to join the Ellie Mental Health team as an outpatient therapist. I recently graduated with a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from IU Columbus. I look forward to working with experienced professionals to enhance my skills in providing compassionate and effective mental health support while also working collaboratively with clients to help them navigate challenges, build resilience, and foster meaningful change.
I am equipped with a solid foundation in cognitive behavioral therapy, but continue to develop other therapeutic techniques. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all clients and I look forward to contributing positively to our community.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy life with my husband, our loyal black lab, and cheering on our two college-aged kids. My favorite ways to recharge include cooking new recipes, diving into a good book, exploring new places, and watching sports—especially when there’s a great game on.
