Aaliyah is a Tennessee and Kentucky-licensed therapist who works with children, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly sexual trauma, and helping them move toward healing in a way that feels safe, empowering, and aligned with their own pace.
Aaliyah has experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, dissociation, ADHD, and life transitions. She proudly supports LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of color, and neurodivergent clients, striving to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and understood.
Trained in EMDR, Aaliyah incorporates evidence-based practices into her work while recognizing that therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Her client-centered approach emphasizes collaboration, ensuring that treatment is tailored to each individual’s goals, needs, and strengths.
Aaliyah brings warmth, authenticity, and, when appropriate, humor into the therapeutic process. She believes meaningful growth can happen in a supportive and genuine environment, whether clients are navigating a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck. She is honored to walk alongside her clients as they work toward healing, resilience, and lasting change.
