Teen Processing Group (DBT Skills-Based)
Teens ages 13-17
In this group, you will learn about helpful skills to manage big emotions, handle stress, and build healthy relationships. We will talk about ways to stay calm, deal with tough situations, and communicate better with others. | Dates: Tuesdays 6-7pm; June 3rd - August 19th Attend as few or as many sessions as you are able. | Cost: Most insurances accepted; Self-pay is $50/session.
