This small-group experience is designed for children ages 7–9 ready to take their anxiety management skills to the next level. Mine-ful Connections: Online Friendship Processing & Skills Group
Ages 8-11
Welcome to Mineful Connections, a one-of-a-kind virtual therapy group for kids ages 8–11 who love Minecraft and are ready to build social-emotional skills in a fun, engaging way. Led by Gari Matsey,LPC a licensed clinican with a passion for gaming and connection, this group uses Video Game Therapy, an emerging form of expressive therapy, to help kids grow through play.
Headspace for Men: Men's Processing & Skills Group
Individuals who identify as Men, ages 21+
Headspace for Men is an 10-week therapy group for men (ages 21+) who are ready to step out of autopilot and into meaningful connection—with themselves, their emotions, and each other. This group is not about “fixing” anyone. It’s about giving men the space to reflect, express, and grow without judgment.
The Social Explorers Club is a fun and engaging group for kids ages 5–7 who are learning the building blocks of social-emotional skills. Led by child therapist Teresa, this group supports children in practicing communication, emotional regulation, and cooperation so they can confidently connect with peers outside of the therapy space.
This 8-week support group is for adults (21+) who are exploring changes in their relationship with substances. Whether you’re working toward moderation, sobriety, or building healthier habits, this group offers a supportive, judgment-free space for growth and reflection.
