Kayla has experience working with children, teens, and young adults who have struggled with anxiety, depression, stress, self-harm, and grief, as well as emotions, behaviors, boundaries, communication, LGBTQ+, postpartum depression & anxiety, and life changes. Kayla utilizes various modalities & techniques to help you reach your goals including relational, strengths-based, motivational, and client-driven therapy. Kayla finds having strong rapport with clients helps them reach their goals in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. She normalizes therapy in a way that encourages clients to be open and receptive to pursuing their goals. She enjoys working with clients who want help getting back to their “normal” and rediscovering themselves again. During sessions, she will help guide you on your journey of learning more about yourself and finding what drives you. Kayla loves to spend her time outdoors, being with family and friends, and reading a good book.
