Nikki earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice and her Master of Social Work from the University of Indianapolis. She is dedicated to supporting all individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, significant loss, and everyday stressors. She has experience working with a wide range of concerns, including mood disorders, personality disorders, addictions, complex trauma, family dynamics, and challenging interpersonal struggles. Nikki is honored to not only support her clients, but the larger team as well. She works to help foster a compassionate, growth-focused environment for those around her. Nikki approaches therapy from a person-centered, human-focused perspective, believing that meaningful change happens when individuals feel seen, heard, and understood. She is passionate about lifelong learning—particularly in the field of mental health—and continually seeks to expand her knowledge to better serve her clients and team. She looks forward to the positive impact she can have on clients, team members, and the larger community. A self-described nerd, Nikki embraces curiosity both professionally and personally. Outside of work, she enjoys playing video games, exercising, and spending time with family, loved ones, and her pets.
