Lauren is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families. She specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, family conflict, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and adjustment-related concerns. Lauren is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
Lauren utilizes a personalized, client-centered approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and art/play therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and foster lasting confidence and resilience.
Outside of the therapy room, Lauren enjoys exploring local coffee shops, reading, and finding new ways to support the well-being of those she works with.
