Looking for an open-minded therapist who sees you for you? You have come to the right place!
Molly is a clinical mental health counselor offering talk therapy for individuals navigating challenges including depression, trauma, anxiety, chronic illness, grief, neurodivergence, and OCD. Her trauma-informed therapeutic style is tailored to each individual’s needs, drawing from modalities including internal family systems (IFS), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic theory. It is her top priority to create a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment for clients to share and process the feelings that arise in both day-to-day life and more challenging acute circumstances. She believes that each client is the master of their own life, and works alongside her clients to build life satisfaction, self-efficacy, healthy patterns, and meaning.
Molly obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. During her clinical training, she has offered specialty services in exposure response prevention (ERP) therapy for clients with OCD at CBTeam OCD and Anxiety Specialists, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for clients with depression, schizophrenia, and ataxia at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Molly has completed the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Exam (NCMHCE) and is eligible to become an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in 2028.
