Melisa Valenzuela, ACSW (she/her)
Melisa is a 1st generation Latina Associate Clinical Social Worker who has over 6 years working as a social worker within multiple sectors such as medical, foster-care, non-profit, and group private practices. She is passionate in providing support to people struggling with trauma and stress-related issues. Melisa utilizes a self-compassion lens alongside mindfulness to help people craft the life they want.
During her free time she enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, and spending time in nature. Some of her favorite dishes to make include aguachile, potato tacos, and sushi handrolls.
Melisa offers sessions in English and Spanish.
