Veronica Rehurek, Licensed Social Worker

Therapist

Veronica believe therapy works best when people feel safe enough to show up exactly as they are. Her goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and better understand yourself and your experiences.

Veronica works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem concerns, and the impact of difficult or painful experiences. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply looking for a space to grow, she strive to meet you with curiosity, compassion, and respect.

Veronica’s approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in mindfulness. Together, you can explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, build insight and coping skills, and reconnect with the values and strengths that help you move forward. Veronica believes meaningful change happens when people feel heard, understood, and empowered to create lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.

Seeking support can be difficult, and Veronica feels honored to walk alongside her clients as they navigate challenges, discover new perspectives, and work toward greater well-being.
