“Izabella Littell earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Geneva College. She has experience working with individuals navigating a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, and religious or spiritual concerns.
Izabella’s approach is humanistic in nature, emphasizing autonomy, self-discovery, and each person’s capacity for growth and meaningful change. She takes an eclectic approach to counseling, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, and ACT to meet each client’s unique needs. Izabella believes that through thoughtful self-exploration, psychoeducation, and a strong therapeutic relationship, positive change can occur.
In her free time, Izabella enjoys cooking, listening to podcasts, and painting.”
