Rachael Beasley, MSW

Supervisee in Social Work

Rachael is a supervisee in clinical social work with over 20 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families across military, educational, community mental health, and residential treatment settings. She is being supervised for licensure by Allison Dyer, PhD, LCSW.

Rachael works with clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, life transitions, and health-related concerns. She is committed to helping individuals who feel stuck, stagnant, or disconnected from themselves regain clarity, confidence, and healthier patterns of living.

Her therapeutic style is person-centered, collaborative, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and is grounded in authenticity, practical insight, and evidence-based care. Rachael draws from multiple approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while drawing from solution-focused, mindfulness, and systems-based frameworks. She customizes the process to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Rachael believes meaningful change begins with a genuine therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, respected, and truly seen.
