Hi, I’m Liz, a Supervisee in Social Work with over four years of experience helping people navigate crucial and challenging times in life. I’m here to support you on your journey of healing, growth, and regaining balance in life.
Creating a safe space to support you while navigating through the challenges you’re facing is my primary focus. You don’t have to navigate those challenges alone, and you don’t have to stay stuck where you are. It is an honor and a privilege to support you on your journey.
Supporting individuals to work through areas of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationships, parenting, regulating emotions, and behavior challenges to find relief from what they’re feeling are primary areas I support. Working with military, veterans, first responders, their families, and the demanding lifestyles they live are also areas I specialize in through both lived experience and education.
As a Certified Trauma Professional, client-centered and trauma-focused approaches are how I have found best to support individuals on their journey. Partnering with you to find the right way to help navigate your healing using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Somatic Therapy, inner-child work, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or other modalities that work best for you is my goal.
I previously served in the United States Army and earned my Master of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
