Reagan is an intern pursuing her Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health. She believes that therapy should meet you where you are, and she is dedicated to working collaboratively to reach your desired therapeutic outcomes. Reagan enjoys working with individuals of all ages, but she is especially passionate about working with children, families, and caregivers. She has experience working with children and adolescents with autism, families involved in the foster care system, and children who have experienced trauma.
Reagan enjoys utilizing attachment theory, play therapy techniques, CBT, and TF-CBT through her practice; though she acknowledges therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and is eager to work with you to determine how to best make therapy work for you. Her approach is rooted in acceptance, empathy, and person-centered care.
