Kimberly earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Salem State University and has worked in the mental health field since 2018. She brings experience working across multiple levels of mental health care, including hospital settings, partial hospitalization, in-home therapy, and community-based support services.
Her work has focused on supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health and co-occurring substance use concerns.
Through these experiences, she has developed a strong passion for helping adolescents and young adults navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or relationship challenges.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, supportive, and person-centered. Kimberly draws from CBT, DBT, and strengths-based approaches to help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful change. She values creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while feeling supported throughout the therapeutic process.
