My name is Grace, and I am a Supervisee in Social Work. I’m glad you’re here! Seeking support is an important first step, and it’s a privilege to be part of that process. I view therapy as a collaborative space where individuals can explore challenges, build insight, and develop tools to navigate life’s stressors.
My style is relaxed, supportive, and focused on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel at ease. I understand that trust is built over time, and I approach each therapeutic relationship with patience, authenticity, and respect.
I use an integrative, client-centered approach, tailoring sessions to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. My work draws from evidence-based modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Strengths-Based approaches. I also incorporate a trauma-informed lens, recognizing the impact of past experiences on present functioning.
I strive to foster a strong therapeutic connection so clients feel supported throughout their journey. I also enjoy incorporating creative elements into sessions such as art, games, and role-play to encourage engagement, self-expression, and personal growth.
